First thing's first: Thank you for all the comments/well-wishing on my Bell's Palsy post. They made me smile. (BTW,skurtchasor : I hadn't been tramping about in the woods recently, but the folks at the ER pulled blood for a lyme test anyway. I haven't heard from my GP so I assume I don't have it.)

I woke up this morning with Bell's Palsy. I get to take steroids and anti-viral meds for a week, with the hope that it might make the Bell's Palsy go away. But it might not. *jazz hands*

In the meantime, I look ridiculous, I sound ridiculous, I have to wear an eye patch to bed (okay, I guess the eye patch is KIND OF cool), and there are 1-year-olds ( Read more... )

I got rear-ended today, on my way home from my haircut. I'm fine; the car needs a new rear bumper, but it's fine otherwise.

This won't make sense to those of you who are unfamiliar with State College, but that's life.
