LONG ARSED UPDATE. Hello, I haven't seen you in a while.
Blah! I haven't been updating as regularly as I'd like to. Wait lemme check what my last post was aboot...

WELL the day after that was Katherine's birthday and we celebrated on some school night. :D 'twas fun. we watched the ugly truth (Gerard butler not being as hot as he can be and katherine heigl's wrinkles giving me night chills... the bad kind hahahaha) was disappointed that there was no amazing twist. it was just your average rom com. not that that's a bad thing. i like trashy movies. they live as guilty pleasures with my trashy books. (twilight is a whole other story, though)
We had dinner at Kushiyaki ( a place I've been having my eye on for a while while) and the food was AMAZING even if the bill was hefty.
I really wanted the tuna salad, which was good... but not Tetsuya good (hahaha, sorry Azuma) but the things that lasted with me the most is probably the kushiyaki Wagyu (so amazing) and the oyster mushroom (probably the most delicious mushroom I have ever eaten... EVER) and the dessert, which was some hazelnut profiterole cream concoction. Everything was so beautifully presented and the ceramics were amazing. Had a lovely long arsed bitch with Katherine after we finished eating for ages and the waitresses were probably pissed that we sat there with water and didn't leave for like 2 hours but they were so polite and attentive but not overly so.
One thing i would like to say after our chat that I have to keep telling myself:
I AM THANKFUL FOR HAVING WONDERFUL DRAMA-LESS FRIENDS.

Oh, I've been spending alot of monies recently. ALOT of monies. Not my own monies. I feel guilty. Buying things to wear at Chan's party.
Also bought the latest Sisters Grimm (WHICH, btw is AMAZINGLY GOOD! Puck is so cute!) and a 2010 Diary *strokes it gently) I haven't named him, but I assume he shall be ethnic. He shall be named when it's New Years. I bought some pens and highlighters, a Rhodia pad (which is also so beautiful. His name is Joseph. Which means my diary cannot be named Jose which is a waste because my bag is named Jesus. X)
Chanelle's formal 21st last week was an event. Anon. is all emo and up in my grill and then finds a boy to latch on to because she has self esteem issues and dogs her friends for the male species to ogle at her. Very sick of it. Am guiltily glad that we don't see each other as often. She is LITERALLY a lesser being. Less weight. Less fun. Less relaxed. Why are the prettiest ones the most insane?
The party was beautiful. Chanelle was SO beautiful. She wore her 1000$ one of a kind pageant dress (insane) and OMFG the entertainment was intense. Many dance routines, singers and games. She had a massive cake thing (like 4 cakes all up) with bridges and those little things to hold two tiers on top of each other (the name is getting away from me) and this little fountain with lights going through the water and this balloon archway thing. Fucking intense. It was like a wedding... with herself hahahaha. I did my speech and quickly ended it before I started crying (loves her) the heel of one of my shoes chose to break just before the speech and I had to stand there, on my tip toes for half an hour. HELL, I SAY. I ended up dancing barefoot X) and walking to the car barefoot. It was midnight and I was knackered. SENILITY!
& I spent so much money for my outfit for her birthday. 300$. She got no present from me :D but she will. In the future. If I get a job.
ALSO watched District 9 I LOVE BABY ALIEN. I read this in a review, but it's so TRUE! The main guy (forgot his name already) is like David/Michael from The Office hahahahahaha.
This movie was very good. I enjoyed it. I thought the first half was so provocative and it made me depressed about the world. These things are happening sans aliens. The special effects are amazing and the actors are unknown so we can watch the movie without Katherine Heigl wrinkling up the screen. That was a little harsh.
My brother watched it without the subtitles for the alien language. You can't watch it like that. The depth doesn't come through. Kancy had prawns for dinner the night she watched it. HAHAHA
Life has been hectic lately but manageable. When I say hectic, however, I mean I have time to just chill and be alone which is nice. I'm becoming such a homebody. ... also known as senile.
I sleep early and hate loud things and mutter about everything that annoys me in the world under my breath. >____> don't judge me.
Also am working/helping on the following things at work experience, which is very exciting! The Girl Effect which is a charity organisation from Nike. A music video for TALONS, a local Indie band. Aaaaand some ads for Qantas.
VERY exciting. VERY boring. & I suck at all this stuff so my boss probably hates me :) let me die now.

so good. First ep is emo but it's not pussyfooting around or anything. Gets straight back into business and more cliff hangers! woo! Also, thing I love about Supernatural is that it likes to poke fun at itself e.g. in this first ep it sends a shout out to fanfiction writers!

The main girl, Elena, however, is just annoying. Beautiful, yes, BUT ANNOYING. It's very teeny boppery but I really can't compare it to Twilight (cos I have no idea what Twilight is about and I never hope to) but the SFX are pretty cool :D
but that's not the worst of it...

well, Nina Dobrev (who looks like Sloane from Entourage only less beautiful) is born in January but Katarina Graham is a little over a month YOUNGER than me. OMFG SENILITY!
Katarina is so hot. :0 she was the voice for Will.I.Am's I Got it From My Mama which was AGES ago which means she was a bebe when she did it. The left side of her face (our right) is seemingly longer than the right (our left)... she tilts her head to make it look like it isn't her face but because she's tilting but it IS and it is totally distracting to watch her even though she is beautiful... much like Anna Paquins GAP. XD
