Lately, my mental state of mind has gone absolutely bonkers. I think it's due to stress & other things of that nature, but why am I complaining? I have a beautiful wife, a beautiful little girl, great friends around me & a steady career. But sometimes everything just shifts into second gear & WHAM! sudden anxiety
