I have never heard of Job's Daughters before, (at least I don't think I have). What is the significance of the gavel? Apparently I am very sheltered.

Basically it's a youth group for girls... kind of a mini-sorority. There is one girl, an Honored Queen who is elected by all of the other girls and runs the business meetings and plans fun activities for 6 months *lol*
