Have it printed and faxed or emailed from kinko's. Most are 24hrs.

I use the "kinkos" known as my secretary's printer.

It's an 'undocumented benefit' of working for the corporation.

Why don't you ask one of the Red Star group to print the envelope for you? Any one of us would probably be able to do it at work or home. There is nothing wrong in Resume etiquette to actually hand write the addressing on the envelope, the actual resume and cover letter are EXPECTED to be "typed".
