update and some help?

first: I could need some help =(. I have some vids as "sjdvjkd.mkv" but I can't make caps of them, not in mediaplayer, or moviemaker (both windows) ... does somebody know how I could do it? ... ohh and to make a cap from my desktop doesn't work too.

You could try VLC or VirtualDub. Just google how to make screencaps and that should help you out ;)

I found a programm to convert the mkv to avi oder anything else ... so much work
