Try taking a cooking class, that should get you unstuck. I had this problem for many years - as it turned out I had serious food allergies AND anxiety about eating with others. Once I solved the underlying problem I discovered I rather enjoyed the creative side of cooking (food channels helped too) As a bad cook my food generally didn't taste great. Now I try out things I see on television (much to the fun of my son). Mostly, I'm no longer walking around slightly poisoned all the time.
I love to cook -- but one meal a day. The rest of the time, you can forage on your own.
I also usually eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch. I run out of ideas for dinner easily enough, so if I had to think three times a day, I'd be exhausted.
I get this too - hate cooking, especially since I now have to tweak almost everything to allow for dietary requirements. It's why I like one pot meals, and things I can wander away from. I also try to double up, eg if the oven's on I'll roast up a batch of veg to be the base for another meal. Anything to spend less time in the kitchen.
