General rule of thumb is to never ever ever take all the people who say they are coming as your guidline for how much cash you have to work with.
the rule is take all the people who say theyare coming half that and that is the number of people you can count on. Anyone one else who comes because of flyers or whatnot is gravy and you shouldn't count on that ever.

man did I do a crappy show. I liked the set I did in chattanootga way better.
On this one I missed all my cues and my shit just didn't line up at all. loops were scattered like middle fingers at a demolition derby.
