I can't believe how excited I am about the Stanley Cup Finals. Pittsburgh! Detroit! There's an epic quality to it. The best team in the NHL, the Red Wings, against the best players in hockey, Crosby and Malkin. You are certainly welcome to come over for games 3, 4, 5, and 6. The Pens will wrap it up during that sixth game.

Are you going to be home on Sunday night? I'm going camping near Muskegon this weekend and Lansing is on the way so I might stop by. I won't get to watch game 1 and game 2 start time to TBA.

A wedding on a sunday? bummer. Whoever is getting married must not be big on drinking. Nothing beats a sloshed saturday night reception. Been to a few of those. Though I don't get many wedding invites anymore. hmm..connection? Anyway..good luck to Cindy and Frankenstein..their going to need it.

I heart hockey.....even if my blueshirts can't be playing (though I always reminisce over 1994 especially this weekend...it gets me through). Hockey is just simply the BEST spectator sport....period.
