It was an amazing year in sports. Furious finishes abounded and improbable champions were crowned. It was a lot of fun, and certainly memorable. Unfortunately, it does NOT seem that we'll see a Wings / Penguins rematch to break the Cup tie this year. Far too many injuries for the Wings, and they weren't playing that well even before most of the injuries. I'll be surprised if they make it past the first round of the playoffs.

And trust me, we've generated PLENTY of flack on the BCS in this town...
