And that is what you get for borrowing stuff without asking. I mean maybe it's culturally acceptable to sell gasoline in bottles that look like contact solution bottles and store them in your restroom. How do you know?

I know how to read "Gasoline" in Japanese (ガソリン).
What I didn't know how to read was 硫酸.

I think that because of the amount of pain I was in, I became very delusional. That's the only explanation I can think of.
I put in the other lens.
This makes perfect sense. It is exactly what we smart folks do.
