uh.... so you launched it at home and she still sent you that e-mail? That's ridiculous and entirely out of line for her. And it deserves an explanatory letter indicating you in fact did leave the parish grounds, were not actually in violation of any school policy, and a cc: sent to Fr. Bob. That's what I think.

Here's the weird part - we didn't do ANYTHING! I don't know if she saw something and thought it was us. I've sent her a 2nd email asking her that very question. I'm waiting for a reply (and time for the horse head to thaw).

As lame as her reaction was I still think you should remove her name from the letter. I think you should invite her to your launching at a public schoolyard. She was just jealous you didn't invite her in the first place ( :

I did invite her. I even suggested she ask the 7th & 8th grade teachers to make a course about it.
In her first reply, she thought that would be a lovely thing. Then she sent the 2nd email.. (?????)

(BTW - I have an 8th grader and Kindergartner attending there)
