(no subject)
hey everyone.
recently, i was a subject for some research at stanford and they payed me $60 just to do some memory tests (which were kinda hard) and an MRI scan.. or a scan of your brain. well, the scan was really long- an hour of a lying down without moving with your head resting on this helmet thing that was really uncomfortable inside one of those big machines. believe me, if you were claustrophobic, you would've died. after a while of ear plugs in my ears, and answering weird questions inside this machine, the back of my head started burning. i have no clue why because in their website they said it would tingle but not hurt. hmm... anyways you had this squeeze ball and one squeeze was to say OK and two squeezes meant NOT OK. the questions they asked were about pictures of the outdoors and indoors. simply, is this inside or outside? and then i would press a box with two fingers one button for each answer. sometimes i would go too fast and i would screw up. oh well lol.
anyways, to make a long story short, i ended up with an easy $60 and these two pictures:

last sunday, i went to discovery bay with the fam and one of my brother and cousin's friend nick. it was a really nice day, hardly any clouds. thank god i didnt get burnt. kept putting on sunscreen. so the first thing we did was we put two kneeboarders and one ski bob in the middle out behind the boat. twas lotsa fun. one time, my brother and i were on the ski bob and my cousin ethan and nick were kneeboarding and they were having a fun game of who can slap who. i guess you had to be there to witness it. later on we stopped by the little island and i guess its kinda weird checking out other guys when your dad is right there. lol my aunt doesnt have a problem. she's the first one to notice. went wakeboarding later on and yeah now im sore because i havent done it in sooo long! my ankles were giving out. i wouldve put some pictures up but my mom is disorganized and bitchy and i can't find her usb cord. i hate it when my mom lashes out for no reason at all. i hope i won't be like that toward my kids.

i only owe my mom $300 now. -_- urghgh all my savings are going down the drain just because of one DUMBASS mistake. someones testing me... i know it.
