There are a lot of typos in your story, which I have been valiantly overlooking because your writing is really great and I am just trying to enjoy the story. However, I feel compelled to point that out the word you are looking for in the first sentence is not "come" but "cum", which is the latin word for "with," as in "magna cum laude". The "con-" prefix in many words also comes from "cum", as in "conjuction" (from cum+iacere, throw together) and "convention" (cum+venere, come together
