So as I type this folks, I'm eating a super awesome bowl of guacamole I just whipped up from veggies at the cute (and super cheap!!) market next door. Add to this that as I look out my kitchen window, I see our back deck and all the trees swaying in the breeze. All I can hear is the occasional car driving in the distance

it's in duboce triangle, kind of a micro-neighborhood in between the castro and lower haight.
not sure if you ever were around there in your time in SF, but it's really cute!
there's duboce park where everyone brings their dogs, and all the street are kind of narrow and tree-lined, which is odd for SF, but I love it. only bummer is i lose the super fast BART train to the super Boston T like Muni. (The "N" is near!) how's the new house? growing anything yet?

I remember that neighborhood! I used to live waaaay out on the N line and rode right by Duboce Park many times. Congrats!

The new house is awesome. I'm growing more stuff than I can keep up with!

i think pre-boston west coast scott would have looked at you sitting in the street as some poor girl two beans short of a taco, but post-boston west coast scott would have just given you a nod and said, 'good luck, girl.'

i kinda wish i had a picture of the street thing, just to know how weird i looked, since i def *felt* like a weirdo.
also, i enjoyed the fact you were able to tie in the taco in your comparison. you're never pun to let me down.
