    "This person's next birthday will move them into a new age category, resulting in a different rate. This type of increase is standard for health coverage, because medical risks generally rise with age."

mmm... The Wire. Me & kikipedia just finished Season 1 and are a couple eps into Season 2. It is truly riveting Television.

I have a question for you: kikipedia desires more character development and more character driven stories, will she be disappointed or rewarded with Season 2-5?
