Yes, I cooked the filling before I put it in the batter. The fish was diced fairly small, so it didn't take long to cook.

Sweet Breams is still there, gromflaith took me there for nutella filled fishies a few weeks ago. OMG, they were good.

Ah ha! I thought they looked an awful lot like taiyaki. Yay for kitchen-based fun, especially when it turns out both tasty and almost as cute as you. ^__^ (Also, you're fun to sit with in court. I must do this more often.)
