i don't have answers for anything except for the album sales profit. tvxq only had 60-70% from album sales in OVERSEAS. but they have to cut their profit to give a percentage to avex, to sm japan, and to sm korea. AND THEN THE 70% of the final goes to them.

in korea, they only get like 2% profit for album sales.. and they didn't get paid for fourth album. sm said they did't pay them for mirotic because they don't pay albums until NEXT album comes out -.-

allkpop.com is a good one, its shows both sides but sometimes it will be biasis.

truetvxq blogspot-homin bias despite the word "true" in it. I mean they report facts to a certain extent but then there are like...i don't want to say lies, but fabricated opinions in there too.
those are the main three and the rest i just type into google. I read a jyj bias then a homin bias hoping to get a clear story, but it has not really helped much since both sides are contradicting each other. However, it was recently brought to the court attention that JYJ lied about their involvement with the cosmetic company. Initally JYJ said they were only small investors in the corporation, but apparently they owed li 62.5 percent of it.

well, as far as i know, the issue about the cosmetic company was an old issue. and it was sme who brought about it in the court. jyj stated that the lawsuit happened not bcoz of it. and the court have dismiss it, since it is never be issue for JYJ lawsuit, but the contract matter.and the cosmetic company itself than sue sme for defamation.i think there're scans for the official report floating in internet, from korean site (fansite or korean news site) and theres even trans of it (u can see the scans n trans here http://thejyjfiles.wordpress.com/2011/02/08/trans-warning-about-malicious-rumours-regarding-crebeau/). the numbers of 62.5 % was mentioned by SME lawyer themselves. and until now, they never shown official document or legal prove to back this up. not in the injuction sme have nor in the current lawsuit. sme just keep saying they will provide it, but they never did, and thats why the court then

Congrats on your weight loss. Jyj and homin (sm) battle will never end. If the words doesn't come from either 5 of them I won't believe a thing. Too many news and news casters. Things change more in 24 hrs then a week.

yeah,, so many happened lately,, it really wear me out too.. well since i'm a TVXQ fans as support all 5 of them, this really made me sick and sad..
everyone has their own opinion and assumpsion,, and they're all believe that their assumption are true,, so yeah,, we'll never get an understanding then...
i dont know what was really going on because it's all just rumour or cheap gossip that just make me sad,,
so i will just ignore all the bad news they say...
trust me,, you'll just get more and more hurt and headache when you dig deeper into all their problems,, LOL
so,, just enjoy their music,, support all 5 of them in any way they do or will do,,,
that's what the least we can do,, because we love TVXQ,, hehehehe..
