as I was dropping off my tax extension request yesterday, I reminisced about the great LJ tax rate debate of yesteryears.

After seeing Toy's picture post, and cruising the headlines this morning, it appears the idiot of day award goes to our Governor Perry.
Apparently, he attended 3 tea parties yesterday, and by doing so has even better solidified /

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm switching my vote from Kay Bailey Fuckbag to Rick Perry.

It's pretty obvious you're discrediting the significance or thought behind the tea party, and I'm happy about that. Perry is doing what he should do in a state like Texas: reconfirm his conservative credentials, particularly at a time when many people (of all political stripes) are seriously dissatisfied with the federal government.
