well well we meet again,

it has been a while since my last entry....i was totally going to say confession but once again stopped myself...ok ne way....i have been running a lot lately which is exciting....and did the justin sherwood run today......had a time of 40 minutes...which i am slightly obesssing over....have for the first time in my life
