Eek. There was an earthquake about 20 or so minutes ago. Just looked it up. Chatsworth, 4.5. This is only the 2nd earthquake I've really really felt since I moved here almost 8 years ago. I NEVER feel them. (Weird, huh) It scared the crap out of me. I just sat on my bed, staring at the walls. After I grabbed Cupcake and threw on a robe. ( Read more... )

Little earthquakes can be fun. The big ones not so much...

Also, next time, you should probably get under a table or door frame, or something supportive just in case... Hope you don't get any more.

I hate middle of the night quakes, but a 4.5 is like not even a quake at all.

oh, it was in the middle of the night? I missed the time. I don't like being woken by one- that is very startling
