Today I found out that I (apparently) have a fan club in Liverpool who wear John St John badges and have keyrings with my face on and who hold me as some kind of cult icon... That is SO CREEPY. Myspace has a lot to answer for

i'm off to London College of Fashion for my degree, but am moving in June/July to work for a couple of magazines and stylists- i'm wetting myself i'm so excited- i love London so much. x

OoooOO fancy.. sounds like a lot of good fun. Which degree did you choose? and did you apply through Route B? That's how I applied for my photography course and they still haven't let me know if I've been accepted :(

im doing Fshion Promotion and Communication, and it was route A, so I got an unconditional offer in february/march...im excited! I hope you get in! *fingers crossed* j xx

yeah, if it's true then that "fan club" thing is certainly very weird. maybe flattering in an odd sort of way.

by the way, how do/did you get work with magazines and stylists in london?

ive been working for mags for years- just lots of persistance with writing to them requesting placements- then at Dazed and Confused and Sunday times STYLE I have made lots of contacts and am assisting some stylists this summer. i'll also be writing more for magazines freelance this summer.
