If you wanna sleep u must do all of the following according to GP: 1) do not do your hw in your room and don't even put it in there, 2) turn ur alarm clock away from you so u can't see the time from your bed, 3) do not eat sugar/caffeine after 12pm, and 4) you must start a sleep pattern like go to bed every night between 10-10:45pm and wake up between 6:30-7:15am every morning (even on weekends). You must do all of these and stick to them. I've done it and have found it to be extremely helpful.
haha. I dont know how well the consistent sleep pattern would work for me because im definately not a morning person (especially on the weekends). But i'll put numbers 1 and 2 to good use.
