I want to translate this to an English address.  But I'm not sure I'm reading the kanji correctly.

Nagoya-shi higashi-ku
bansaka 501 bansaka biru 2F North
Bevault

the bansaka part I feel like I've got completely wrong. Should it be kosaka???
