- Things I have realized recently -

I have come to realize...that my butt could afford more shape. It gets lost in layers.

I have come to realize...that when I'm annoyed with my mom, I refer to her as "mother".

I have come to realize...that roses and lilies are my favorite flowers.

I have come to realize...it's okay to leave toenails unpainted.

I've realized two things:
1. In order to be happy, I need something to look forward to.
2. It doesn't take much for me to look forward to something.

That is to say, I need something to look to as the light at the end of my tunnel. This week is Steph's bachelorette party at the piano bar Jive n' Wail. Last week it was the midnight showing of Watchmen. ( Read more... )

I saw Jake pretty much straight through the weekend. It's crazy to me that I can see so much of him and not get annoyed. Of course, I imagine that time, the time where I get annoyed because he's so often around, will come, but for now, it really amazes me that even seeing him Friday evening, all day Saturday, and most of Sunday, I'm still talking ( Read more... )
