Dilema!

Ok people, here's the problem: I am moving from MD to VA this month. The Primary election for both states is on Feb 12th. Technically I will no longer be a resident of MD so I can't vote in MD. However, in VA you have to submit your voters registration at least 29 days prior to an election to be eligible to vote. I've looked up early voting ( Read more... )

Can I do that? I guess I can considering someone else we know got away with having an unregistered car for 9 months and still hasn't changed their address on their license/car insurance.

Get an absentee ballot for MD!
You could call the board of elections in each state to find out what you should do, but I think the easiest thing would be to just vote absentee if you don't want to drive all the way back to Laurel to vote.
