YES! That annoys the crap outta me too. I normally say "you're welcome" even though they don't say thank you.

haha, me too but I decided against it since I was at work. For all I know one of those people will end up in one of my meetings and I'll have to work with them.

Actually, thinking about it, I found out that one of the guys *IS* one of the new contractors we'll be working with.
