 So I have this problem where...I really need to tell a person something but I dont know if I should, wait till I see them in person. This is just confusing me. I just want this problem to go away. Thank the lord I am living in portland this summer really. It makes me very very happy. other then my problem, I love life!

I have know idea what you are talking about, but I always suggest telling in person. UNLESS it is something that is really difficult to say and you are afraid the person won't hear you out and you can't properly voice your thoughts, then I would write a really nice letter. Good luck with that!
