working out before i go to work and eating just enough to refuel (not to indulge).

this is my way of keeping myself accountable.

check out www.kingcrossfit.com for the schedule. if you're down on saturday or sunday morning i'll go with you. you need to experience the garage before they actually move into a real gym. so far, two other kasamas came thru.
