So, I will take a break from English to update my journal. I got my english paper on "Beowulf" back today. I got an H! That's my second H this year in english. I think that talking to my mom before doing the paper helps a lot.. She helps me sort out my thoughts. Anyway, I'm really happy about that. I don't get it though.. I have a V in that

The truth is though, I feel like a complete idiot while doing it. No, really. I think I'd only be comfortable doing it with you or Laura or Devin.. or a mix of you guys. Hence why I declined last weekend.

Maybe she did.. Hmm, I don't know. Not in Montana probably, though. University of Oregon.. possibly yes.

I felt like an idiot the first few times I did it too, especially the first times I did it around people besides Laura and Devin and what not. Hell, I still feel really stupid doing it around people I don't know because I feel like they're watching and are like "ooh does she know what she's doing" or something stupid like that...but eh...who cares?

i got caught smoking weed at church camp once.

i was a counselor too.

they "kicked us out" but it was our last day there. they were like "leave!" and we were like "umm, yeah, that's what we're doing."

there's all sorts of stories i can tell from that week, but most of them are pretty long.

At one of my friend's old camps, a counselor got caught fooling around with one of the campers. Hahahah.

I've smoked weed before, and to be honest I found it pleasant but slightly overrated. My sister was nice enough to smoke with me my first time and I didn't feel too self-conscious. With friends is best (my older sister's as good as my best friend to me).

I'd be a bit more cautionary if you were talking about crack or something, but weed is not as big of a deal as many would think; it's neither dangerous nor addictive, and you'd be surprised at how little people notice. I've performed a school piano concert while high....

That was a bit too much information, yeah.

Yeah, I can see how it might be overrated. But I still want to see for myself, you know? I've done it a couple of times, but still haven't got the hang of it.. haha.

Yeah.. you won't see me doing crack any time soon.. haha. ;)

Hmm.... I've been thinking about going out and getting drunk/stoned sometime this year. I have a pending invitation from some unnamed seniors (I'll give you a hint: one of their names starts with a 'S' and rhymes with "Ham Bremen") to party with them sometime, but I can't convince my mom to let me spend the night, and there's NO FUCKING WAY I would drive or let them drive. meh. I'm not sure it's worth it, anyway.
