Re NaNoWriMo: As a former and current writer-who-can-barely-finish-short-stories, I sympathize. Part of the goal of NaNo is to give you an insane deadline to break out of that habit: to force you to restructure your writing life. It's kind of liberating actually. My first one was a lot harder than this year's is.

Actually, before my first NaNo, I did a similar challenge: BaMoTTuSto, where I wrote a single short story per day for the month of November. The word count was very similar to producing a novel, and it felt like more of a success. But ... DEAR GOD IT WAS HARD in retrospect. It sounds easier in theory but your muse OD's halfway through.

Muahahaha! I just beat the Temple of Time on my replay! I haven't had a whole lot of time to play though, but hopefully this week I'll play the City in the Sky. :}

I know what you mean about the writing thing. I usually have awesome ideas for books, even planning sequels sometimes. But when I get to writing it, I only ever do a chapter or too, and then stop. Its kind of depressing really. xD

I need to get my copy of twilight princess back. I might do a speedrun.

And I'm downloading heroes now, it doesn't come out over here for like another 2 weeks :P
