That's actually the hope of most otherkin forums. To get people to the point where they're comfortable enough to get on with the lives that they have now. It's probably more of a simple, 'I've got the hang of it and can move on' sort of thing. If anything, it's a good sign that you're not in the loony bin with the rest of us, you know?

It's half the reason I haven't left yet. But don't think it's going anywhere. The names and faces will change but I imagine so long as there's the net you'll be able to find Otherkin somewhere. So, if you ever end with one of those 'WTF Dragon?' episodes you'll have someone who can offer if nothing else a sympathetic ear and a different view on it.
