Fuck you Holiday Inn

I am never staying in a holiday inn ever again, especially the one in memphis. It has been three months and I am still disputing a charge for $258 because they dont keep accurate records. They dont know how long I stayed when what was payed or how it was payed for, nor to they answer the phones. They have agreed to refund me, then denied it,

I tried the hotel wont work with the bank and tossed the problem back to me. Bank of America has really gone down after they merged with MBNA :p

Every year that goes by, the more complaints I hear about that hotel.
After the reports I heard this year, I'm really glad I went to Dragon*Con instead.
