Whoo, got the nasal spray flu vaccine today. Damn I hate that method. Give me a needle over a spritzer anyday. Bets on how sick I get from the thing?

You shouldn't have more than a low-grade fever for less than a day. If you feel sicker than that, you should go back to the doctor about it.

I don't seem to be affected much by the things. Have a slight sore throat, but that's from the change in weather.
