waaaaaay back when I first started going out, various ultraglamour experimenters from the House of Aviance would come up to Baltimore from DC and get thier Vogue on at Cignel, which was a freakin world class club w. a Rich Long sound system install. The whole -vogueing- thing became the centerpiece of every night out for quite a while...it was sort of like a half straigt version of what was going on in Paris is Burning. You HAVE seen Paris is Burning right?
