COULD THIS SEASON GET ANYMORE DEPRESSING FOR JACK??? Seriously. I mean really is this a joke? What the H did Heller do to Jack last night? I am stunned. Shocked. ANGRY!! I used to like Heller. HAH! Not anymore. Is he kidding? Telling Jack that he can't come around Audrey ever again. Are you serious? And that connection that Jack had with Audrey. Hands down THE SWEETEST SCENE IN ALL OF TV HISTORY!!!! Never have I AWWWWed so much in one scene of a show. Gah that was adorable. He was so gentle and soft and tender with Audrey and the whole, "I'll protect you. I'll take care of you. I love you with all my heart." All of that just made my heart melt. And then...just when you think everything is peaches and cream...24 cuts you down and cuts you down hard. DAMN THEM! Honestly when all was said and done last night, I felt like I didn't want to watch the show anymore.
The thought of Jack without Audrey is honestly quite unbearable to me. I feel like I need to go relive season 4 up until Paul dies because that gets dicey with her and Jack too. But yeah...what a great couple and then...KABLAM!
