Following a message left by Sara, Gil headed home from the lab. Nothing was pressing and he had the feeling his family needed him more.

Not seeing Jack, he headed straight for the nursery, pausing at the door.

"What happened?" he asked softly.

He turns, baby still wailing in his arms, and almost collapses with relief. "I don't know," he says simply and goes into Gil's arms.

"Sara left a message," he said roughly, arms going around both of them. "Said she and Catherine felt something strange in the bar. I came home when I received that."

"Something strange," Jack whispers. "God, that could mean anything. At least it's still there."
