For the catch-phrase-- use it as part of your pissed-off rookie gimmick-- "think I'm JUST a rookie?! You don't know JACK!"...use it in an aggressive tone, like you're pissed at the world. I'm sure your pent-up anger and shit will help. Use it to your advantage. :)
