I just...I can't....I...that was like the most spaztic screen kiss I have ever seen in my life.
Ok, ok, I can rationalize this. Watch me. It was a thing. A sympathy thing. A ONE TIME thing. It will never happen again, this is a wierd fluke like the Xander/Willow thing. They will get over it and one of them will turn gay.
We explored this in season 2, remember? For some reason Cuddy's babylove makes her attracted to House. WHY GOD WHY.
Also why the hells did Wilson get like two scenes in this ep? I feel gypped.
Alright this is what happens next. Assuming they don't just forget the whole thing next ep ala the West Wing, the rest of the season will continue to explore the relationships between House, Cuddy, and Wilson.
How is Wilson going to feel if they actually end up together? He got pretty well left out when Amber died, this might send him back into his favorite passive-aggressive spin-cycle. ALSO HIS HUGGLEBOY KISSED A GIRL. I'D BE FREAKIN PISSED. I AM FREAKIN PISSED!!!
House will either: A) Deny the whole thing next week and no one will ever speak of it again. B) Pursue her relentlessly for three episodes and then get bored. C) Accidentally kill her D) Be murdered by Wilson for breaking his heart.
Or E) They get married, because they are in LURVE, and also because the writers of the show have started doing a lot of drugs. I have completely lost my analytical skills, and fried bread is raining down from the sky with "HAIL SATAN" stamped on in it jelly.
If this actually happens it suggests a complete switcharoo in terms of characters. This came out of nowhere, the only suggestion was that cheerleader episode which was SO damn boring, and other then that I'd say the season was winding towards Cuddy/Wilson, if anything.
Cuddy's role is that of the mommy. Her job is to try and fence House into something vaguely resembling reality, and consequences. She is the outer influence, she of the iron clipboard. She is the boundary, the line you cannot cross. Today they suspended her mommy priveleges both literally and figurativly. Freakish, huh?
IF she starts dating House, she won't be able to continue this role. We saw a flash of this last week, when House smacked her down for harassing 13. He already has waaay too much power over her, but she needs to be the one with power over him. Otherwise someone else is going to have to step up, and it sure as hell won't be someone from the current cast.
And poor Wilson, man. He is just all over bruises. He doesn't deserve this. He deserves cookies and his own motorcycle helmet. He has to be the internal influence. That cannot be fun.
I wonder what it says about Kutner that he was the only one willing to bet on Cuddy's happyness? I wonder if he has a thing for Cuddy? What is it with Cuddy all of a sudden?
GRR WHO'S IDEA WAS THIS? I WANT TO SQUEEZE THE LIFE OUT OF THEM! I WANT THEM NEVER TO GET UP AGAIN!
I mean the TV Guide cover for god's sake. I just...I...GRRRR
On the other hand...I was REALLY pissed when Amber popped back in last year. And she died! I don't want Cuddy to die, just....maybe go away for a while. Leave the boys alone together for a bit.
I think it's time for a Foreman episode, he's the only one that hasn't gotten the spotlight.
