Life - There must be some way out of here: Last night pretty much solidified the fact that I have to get out of this apartment building as soon as the lease is up, if not sooner. It's a good area, yes, but the problem is the building itself and the neighbors. Or rather, the two in tandem. Because sound travels through everything in this apartment.

Maybe it's just because I'm older, but I feel like text-based RPs have gone out of style, so to speak. I used to be involved in multiple RPs, multiple settings...and now I can't even find one, and if I do it's some weird mixed-fandom RP or something anime-related, of which I have no familiarity, and no desire to join.

Yes! It's so weird finding a universe where Aang and Naruto are, for some reason, hanging out. But some of my LJ friends are into it so I can't diss it ^_^

But anyway. I might get more into that kind of thing if I read more fanfic or ... read more Neil Gaiman who could be multi-fandom AU with his Sandman series. Arguably. But for now ... mreh.

One interesting thing I did see, though, was a crossover of 28 Days Later meets Harry Potter...

Ooh. I feel for you dude. I live in an apartment too. Our neighbors were having, at least it seemed to me, an Air Supply concert last night. They weren't very good... ~___~

Some nights, I just have to convince myself that the people above me are just ... exercising. Or moving furniture. At 3am. Not ... having sex at all. Not at all. *cries*
