While I was at the library yesterday verifying facts and quotes for my story, I was offered a job as a library page. I accepted it and it's in the works. I'll get paid $7.50 an hour to stock books 3 days a week. Also, my first check from the paper is on it's way for a whopping $20 and my story will be published today. Remarkable. This is not fair. I should be able to sleep right now. I haven't had caffeine in days, I was in bed by 11, and I lied there with my eyes closed till I couldn't take it (3 hours later).
