We got one! 2 beds at the Westin ftw. Man, I can't believe they sold out already. I think last year it took at least two days. D:

Yeah I'm on west-coast time so it kinda screwed me up, it was sold out by the time I woke up.

I'd love to room with you guys again, because it was overall a positive experience for me... but... I got the impression (and heard second-hand, unfortunately) that I was waking Jake up a lot/that he was angry with me. He never confronted me about it and I didn't find out until like, a few weeks ago, from a close friend of mine. I'm not angry about it but it kind of disappointed/embarrassed me and I don't want to repeat the situation. I tend to float around at cons and come in late, I tried my best to be honest and considerate but clearly I still rubbed him the wrong way.

Five bucks says you heard that from Travis, who I spoke to about AC. Yeeeah, he and I aren't exactly on the best terms any more, so it wouldn't surprise me if he made things sound worse than they actually were. I did talk to him about it, though. I said the same thing to him that I said to Stevie: that there were a couple times where things were loud and woke me up, but that I would totally room with you again. You're one of the nicest people we've roomed with yet, and I am well aware of the fact that it is a shared room, so the people in that room are more than welcome to make noise. I'm generally a cranky person when I'm woken up under any circumstances, and that's not anyone's fault. I'll be bringing ear plugs and a mask to cons from now on anyway

I know tons of ppl who have last-minute-drop-out roomies, i doubt you'll have such a hard time finding a room for AC ;3
