A couple wondered about some of Showtime and I thought I'd repost my friend-locked stuff over here. Here ya go, gheez, this is what Magician's progression is like, at least the earlier parts of it.

Thanks for sharing the Showtime stuff. It does look fun. I'm intrigued by the Box of Doom. Like the look of the Magician career. When I was a child, I quite fancied being a magician, I had a book full of tricks that I studied intently. Only remember one now - how to eat a lit candle - still haven't done it. Will have to, one day.

So, now that's two of the new careers I want to try, lol.

Really like the look of Lunar Lakes, too. I downloaded a world (gone blank on the name of it) that is part alien part normal. Enjoyed the colours of the alien world but there was nothing like Thomas and Peter's house.

Finally, your unicorn is gorgeous. Loving the flame decal on the hind quarters and the glorious contrast of the mane and tail to his paler body. Must get back to playing as I've yet to adopt one!

You're very welcome! The Box of Doom actually has a second effect, a 'drowning in water' sort of Houdini thing, which I've also not ever lost Peter in .... *knocks wood

Just wanted to let you know that I now have Showtime. Went looking at the prices and ended up on Origin where I found it was half price in the sale. Decided that I didn't really need a disk, lol.

Only problem is that I'm too tired to play. Just snoozed off whilst Anne, test sim, was at the library. Not good, lol.

I'd like to see pictures of your horses.

I'll have to keep watch for when Lunar Lakes is on sale :)

It was actually on sale last week. :( I follow both their Twitter and FB. So I let people know from time to time when things like that are on sale so I'll definitely signal boost it again. I just did it on my Friendlock journal because up until a few days ago, I honestly didn't think anyone even CARED about this journal. :(

Well ya know, Peter's kinda a showy guy and they had the money to do it. So... sure! :D

Wouldn't all Pixel's stuff still work because she's patched up to date as she's only just reinstalled TS3?

Obviously that won't solve any future problems though. D'oh.

Though, I have a custom dining chair, the creator very kindly updated it for the Pets patch. I think it may be one of the few pieces of custom stuff I still have in-game.

As far as I know, they should be unless they do some really radical body changes like they did with Late Night's muscle definition. And that was several patches ago.

Who knows what weird changes to body they'll do with Supernatural, though. We can only hope!

It was the furniture that went South with Pets and I still maintain that EA didn't break the mod community's stuff... They just altered how furniture worked and they can't patch 10 bizillion community-made objects. They have their own stuff to worry about.

I refuse to bitch on them for the Pets thing. We're responsible for our own content we make to make sure it's in line with game-changing patches, I maintain.
