You dont call Microsoft if your computer is broken. If you have an OEM (Orginial Equipment Manufacturer) then you call the Manufact. of your computer. No OEM= call Microsoft.

it was an equipment problem. It was a software problem

Yeah, your OEM certifies that the manufact. of your computer supports software and hardware. Microsoft doesnt suppot anything of their prodcuts
