It's a latin dish consisting of lime juice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and your choice of seafood (I used shrimp and scallops), along with a tad bit of seasoning and some hot pepper sauce if you should so choose. The acidity of the lime juice does all the cooking for you, so there's only chopping, squeezing and mixing involved. It's very good, although when it's all you have for a week straight (as was the case our first week in Ecuador), you kinda can't stand it for a while.
