Yep, I broke up with Supernatural when they pulled all the ridiculous military stuff. Sorry, but you don't crap all over a Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and have a character's husband die-or-oopsie-he-actually-didn't-die in Iraq for a plot device.

Sadly, I'm moving on from Supernatural too. I watched a little over half of last season, and that's enough. I felt like they weren't being true to the characters any longer, and that's totally where I lose a show. Come on over and join us in the land of POI. Great characters, but there is a serious lack of Reese whumpage where your expertise could come in handy. ;)
POI is a wonderful show! I can't wait until it returns this Fall. You, my friend, do an AWESOME job at Reese whumpage. Not sure when I'll find my Reese voice but I'm hoping for soon. For now, I've got a Star Trek thing buzzing away in my ear; too much slash (always) and not enough friendship with Bones, Kirk and Spock, though the last one.. eh, I'm not a Spock girl at all, but give em a good buddy fic with Kirk and Bones and I'm all in.
I seriously think Almost Human will be a great show once it hits. Hope to see you around there too! IN the mean time, I really look forward to your next POI fic. :)

Depending on when Almost Human is on, I might have to check it out. I have grown to enjoy Karl Urban's acting, and with dropping Supernatural (and possibly Criminal Minds) I'll have a timeslot or two open (that I should use for something more productive). Too many shows, too little time. *sigh* LOL!
Sorry to hear all this my friend. Afraid I'm in it to the end or however Jensen is there. I love POI, but don't read much of the fic. I don't read much fic at all anymore. lol
Well, I'll watch it to the bitter end though it's my attempt quell some of the 'bitter' part that's lead me to the fact that I can no longer really engage in conversation about the show anymore. I wanted more for Jensen's character and the writer's just seem to have written him into a box and left him there. I've even heard that Jensen himself has spoken about it at one of the recent Cons that he too isn't very happy. I feel for the poor guy and he has 2 years left on his contract; season 9 and 10 and after that I really hope that he's done. I'm sure that if by the end of season 9 he found himself even more dissatisfied and wanting out, he could find a way to walk; lawyers are good at finding loopholes in contracts. But, I think Jensen's a commitment guy and he'll stay put because of that and his friendship with Jared. And that's what we love about him, right? So good for him and I'll watch as long as he stays but I just hope he doesn't stay past the 10th season 'cause I'm not sure even I can hang on much past that. I'm more curious
