Hobbit Movie(s) were as disappointing as I had anticipated.
Okay, I finally saw the last Hobbit movie. Just.... bleh. Maybe it was because I was never a HUGE fan of the Hobbit book, but the LOTR series was more to my liking as the books go, and even the movies. But the Hobbit movie(s) [IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLURAL!!!] was/WERE a hot mess

Good grief, those video's are ADDICTIVE! I lost count of the number of times I watched and laughed each time. Then I had to go find that Legolas "He's taking the Hobbit to Eisengard" video and watch it again and chuckle all over again.
Anywho, I too love Martin Freeman; honestly he's the best thing about the Sherlock series, IMHO. I guess I like the more subtle characters in shows, the ones that tend to be in the background but are ever present nonetheless. He did a good job as Bilbo but again, that was never my favorite character in the series; I bought in when Frodo and especially Aragorn showed up in the LOTR series and not just in the movies. My obsession first began in the books in high school.
Speaking of Sherlock, when does that show return? Is it this year or next, I can't recall?
At present, my obsession is with the new Musketeer series on BBC. Season 2 just started and Aramis is lovely as usual. :D
