I haven't written in quite some time. I used to update this thing religiously. I always had the intentions of one day printing all of it out and using it as the basis of a screen play or a book.Or maybe just keep it as a reminder of how much fun, heartbreak and growing up I have done

If anything they should pay you more, because your going to know 2 different departments of the company. I wouldnt take a pay cut. I would fight for the money you deserve and tell them everything that you are doing to stay working for them. And the sacrifices you already make on a day to day basis just to keep a job with them. Im not even gonna get into the Todd thing, because you know how I feel about it. But thats my opinion on your jobby job. If they transfer you to a different department it should come with a pay raise not a cut because you know how to do something else in that company. Dont take anything less!
