I woke up at 3:30 AM this morning because i had horrible cramps. I took one Motrin---Usually i take two but i held off on the second because of the recent report on a child going blind because of it. Well an hour later the pain was still persistent so i took the other...then gradually fell asleep. So my goal today is to eat..... two pieces of bread ( Read more... )

Yeah, I love weighing AFTER my period is over because the weight goes down dramaticly. I've also got mad cramps this week, but I am forcing myself to do my exercises anyway. I notice that you like eating bread in the morning. I have a tip for you with that: buy butter spray, I think it tastes just as good as butter and get this: IT HAS NO CALORIES OR FAT! Spray butter is a MUST for me not only on toast but also on boring vegetables.

haha iv had that butter its great. Thanks for reminding me to get it again. Do you have any pictures of yourself? i would like to see what someone at my height and around my weight look like. I think i have a few on the computer.

I just put a picture of myself on my journal. You could add me as one of your friends and make the journal entry with your picture in it friends only. That way you don't have to worry about people you know looking at it.
