What is your new diet? And what is the sacred heart diet? When I weighed 140, 15 lbs. fell off me when I did a 1200 cal diet. I can't get below my 125 though, so today I decided to do a 1000 cal diet. And so I am finished eating for the day and I have consumed 980 cals. I just gotta get to at MOST 120 before I even consider getting into a swimsuit. Good luck with your new diet, and I'm glad you started posting again :)
